3. Project Confirmation
A project is considered confirmed only after the client approves the quotation and pays the required 20% advance payment.
4. Payment Terms
Our payment schedule is as follows:
-: 20% Advance Payment 鈥 Required before the project begins.
-: 50% Payment 鈥 Payable after approximately 50% of the project work is completed.
-: 30% Final Payment 鈥 Must be paid before the final project is delivered.
The project will only be handed over after 100% payment clearance.
5. Project Delivery
After receiving the full payment, WebNova Studio will provide the agreed deliverables, including:

-: Admin Panel Access
-: Login Credentials
-: Project Files (if included in the agreement)
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
-: Provide all required content, images, logos, and project information on time.
-: Review submitted work and provide feedback promptly.
-: Complete payments according to the agreed schedule.
7. Project Timeline
The delivery timeline depends on timely communication, approvals, and content provided by the client. Delays from the client may extend the project deadline.
8. Revisions
The project includes revisions as agreed in the selected package. Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may require additional charges.
9. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Ownership of the completed project is transferred to the client only after the full payment has been received. Until then, all project files and source code remain the property of WebNova Studio.
10. Third-Party Services
Domain registration, web hosting, premium plugins, APIs, payment gateways, SMS services, and other third-party tools are subject to their own pricing and policies unless specifically included in the project agreement.
11. Cancellation & Refund
If the client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable. Any completed work up to the cancellation date may be charged accordingly.
12. Limitation of Liability
WebNova Studio is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, internet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, WebNova Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
14. Privacy
All client information and project details will be kept confidential and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to Terms
WebNova Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on this page.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
